Agnes Rempel

Agnes Rempel, born on September 6, 1948, in Winfield, Alberta, passed away on June 14, 2025, at her beloved acreage in Brazeau County near Breton. Her warmth and kindness touched many during her time on this earth.

Agnes dedicated many years of her life to serving the community, particularly through her role in the kitchen at the Drayton Hospital, where her compassionate nature made a significant impact on both patients and staff alike. She took great pride in her work, always ensuring that those she served felt cared for and valued.

Agnes was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Rempel, whose love and guidance shaped Agnes into the person that she became.

A brief graveside service to honor Agnes’s life will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, beginning at 2:00 PM at the Breton Cemetery.

A Celebration of Life will follow at a later date when family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of a kind-hearted woman who left an indelible mark on the lives she touched.
