A remarkable artist who painted and rose to national status as a storyteller, Marie Anne enjoyed her participation in numerous arts endeavors in Edmonton and performed storytelling across Canada.
Marie Anne was predeceased by her parents, Margaret, and John (Jack) McLean of Drayton Valley. She is survived by her brothers, Ian (Carol) McLean of Sylvan Lake, Don McLean (Lorelei Mohr) of Drayton Valley and her sister Fiona (Gary) Seminuk of Edmonton.
