Minerva was not only a loving mother but also a talented organizer. She frequently served at community banquets, bringing people together with her hospitality. Her culinary skills shone brightly as she ran a successful kitchen at the local Farmers Market, where she delighted many with her incredible cooking. A passionate gardener, Minerva had a remarkable talent for baking and was known for her love of seafood, creating unforgettable meals that often featured her favorite recipes.
Her interests extended beyond cooking and gardening. Minerva took great joy in nature and had a particular fondness for animals and birds, especially chickadees. She enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, whether it was playing bingo, visiting with friends and neighbors, or enjoying comedies, westerns, and films about animals. She also had a penchant for reading haunted house stories and ghost tales, allowing her imagination to roam.
Minerva is now reunited with her beloved husband, Robert B. Shute, as well as her brother, Everett Feindel, and her daughter, Diane Yeo, who have all gone before her.
As we reflect on her rich and fulfilling life, we remember Minerva Amy Shute as a devoted matriarch and a kind-hearted soul, who enriched the lives of so many through her love, laughter, and culinary wonders.
