He leaves behind a loving family that includes his wife, Kelly, his daughters, Danielle and Allison (Justin), and his son, Donovan (Kalinda), stepdaughter, Ricki (Rob), and stepson, Taigan. He cherished the time spent with his grandchildren: Emily, James, Thomas, Sidney, Max, Cleary, Lincoln, Berkley, Bentleigh, Dahlia, Maddox, Jaxon and Finnley, and they will carry his memory forward in their hearts.

He will also be fondly remembered by his mother, June Homme, and his siblings: Sandy Faunt (Dave), Wade Homme (Judy), Myles Homme (Jan), and Stacey Kelly (Simon). Ralph was predeceased by his father, Cecil Homme, his daughter, Amanda Homme, and grandson, Jacob Lasko.

Ralph was a man of many interests and talents. He enjoyed farming and relished the time spent out in the fields on his tractor. He was also known for his passion for tinkering in the garage, embracing hands-on projects that showcased his ingenuity, including the remarkable restoration of a Massey-Harris tractor. Those who knew him could often find him with a beer and smoke in hand, ready to share stories or lend a hand to those around him.

Ralph spent his working years as a heavy equipment operator and worked for Hodgson Contracting before his retirement. He built many roads in the area during his working years.
